I'm a tech leader that's held a bunch of different positions over the last 20 years. I've been an individual contributor to a co-founder & CTO. After going through a lot, I've realized there is a way to get organized and become a good tech leader.

I've spent the 2nd half of 2019 taking a break, cumulating my thoughts, to write what I hope are a series of books that help regular people do spectacular work. Tech leadership is hard, especially your first time. Let's help each other do the best we can do.
