Jay Minaya

Jay Minaya Espiritu was born in Lima, Perú. He is the Founder and Cook Director of Journey Culinary Ltd. Cooking Center. This school is located in Longmont, Colorado and offers classes in French, Mediterranean, Peruvian, Italian and Cuban cuisines. Jay is an entrepreneur, an experienced cooking instructor and a great connoisseur of international fresh and healthy food. Jay has a passion for food and has taught hundreds of people to improve their cooking skills and broaden their culinary repertoire. Jay is also the founder of Journey Language Center, a language learning school located in Boulder, Colorado.
