Kirsty Bashforth

Kirsty Bashforth is Chief People & Culture Officer at Delinian Trading Ltd, a non-executive director of Serco plc and PZ Cussons plc and Chair of The Northern Superchargers Ltd. She ran QuayFive for 5 years, advising and equipping senior teams on business performance improvement through a focus on the dynamics and culture of their organisations. Prior to that, she spent 24 years at bp plc, in a career spanning commercial leadership, operations and organisational change, working in UK, US, Denmark and Belgium.
