V.C. Marello

V.C. Marello's journey into the macabre began with a fascination for late-night horror and Sci-Fi reruns, which sparked his imagination and led him to create eerie "What If..." scenarios. He pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies with an emphasis on screenwriting from San Francisco State University, which further honed his storytelling skills.

His writing career took him on diverse paths, from crafting press releases for a local PBS television station to publishing winery articles in the California Visitors Review. He even contributed to an educational comic book, "How to Get a Job and Keep It," produced by the Sonoma County Business and Education Roundtable.

Despite his career in the technology field while raising a family, V.C. Marello's passion for the supernatural never waned. His collaboration with the historian Nancy O'Sullivan-Beare, Ph.D., on the screenplay "Witch of the Western Sea," earned an Honorable Mention from the Writer's Digest Magazine Writing competition.

His dark tales, born from his vivid imagination, have now found their way into this world, revealing characters that were once hidden in the shadows of the celestial plane of existence.
