Alison Barbone

Alison Barbone, Ali to her friends, is your average 41-year-old, blue eyed, left-handed, Doc Marten-wearing, Harry Potter-loving, self-confessed telly addict, foodie, and mother of boys.

Originally North London born and bred, she now lives in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire, with her husband of 13 years Felice, their three sons, Thomas, Vincenzo, and Santino, and the family cat Apollo.

Alison worked since she was 13-years old, starting out in the local grocery shop. After A Levels she chose to work instead of going down the University route. After having her third child, she decided to stay at home since the commute to London and childcare costs were more than her wage.

Three years later, she went back to her retail roots, working at Tesco two nights a week to fit around the children while helping make ends meet. This job began to take its toll after increasing to three nights a week, while Alison still juggled the ever-increasing demands of her family and home.

That is when an opportunity landed in her lap and she became, much to her surprise, a business woman. She now works for Juice Plus, a Health and Wellness Franchise, helping other tired mums to get back on their feet and find themselves again, just as she herself accomplished with great success. With incredible whole-food supplements to boost body, mind, and energy and encouragement to follow a nutrition plan, Alison supports other women to achieve their health goals and design a new life for them and their families.
