John Mennella

At the age of 17, John chose to serve my country in the U.S. Navy. He spent 5 years in the Intelligence Community and received an honorable discharge upon completion of his enlistment.

Upon entering the civilian world, he pursued a career in law enforcement. John spent 28 years and retired as a Detective in New Jersey.

He has always had a passion for politics and history, and he has been very active in the conservative movement over the past couple of decades.

John is an avid reader, who has been very fortunate over the years to have read historical books on our founders, economic books by the likes of Milton Freidman, Thomas Sowell, F.A. Hayek. He has read authors such as John C. Maxwell, Napoleon Hill, and many other personal development books, the list goes on and on. He has a deep understanding and appreciation for his contribution to his fellow man.

After the last several years, in seeing the direction this country is heading in and understanding how precious our freedom is, and how easy it is to lose, He decided to write Common Sense Revisited, in an attempt to help people change their perspective and recognize what is really going on in our country, and who the true enemy is. He hopes this book serves as that proverbial “red pill,” and helps everyone open their eyes to the staggering level of corruption that has been taking place for many decades.

He also hopes this book serves as an awakening for all of you, and perhaps this book can put the power back into the hands of “WE THE PEOPLE,” and out of the hands of the corrupt political class that has run this nation into the ground.
