Stella Jayne Phillips

An Arizona native, Stella Jayne spent her childhood in Phoenix making up stories as her family camped across Arizona and California. Sundays were spent at her Grandmother’s house, admiring old photos and listening to family legends. The strong women from her own lineage, willing to risk it all for family are inspiration for the female lead characters in the Creekside Dreams series. As they say, write what you know.

When not writing at home or in a hotel lobby, Stella can be found enjoying her active lifestyle. Yoga, line dancing, reading, cooking, traveling, volunteering and spending time with family and friends are always on the to-do list. Stella is thrilled to be a member of the Wild Rose Press community of authors.

Stella lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and small white dog Candy. As an involved community member of Arizona, Stella is often found signing books and talking with readers at local book fairs and sales. If you happen to run into her anywhere in The Valley of the Sun, most likely it will be at brunch or a bookstore.
