Connie Johnson

Connie Johnson was born on the plains of West Texas. She and her husband, Nathan, have been married for forty-seven years and raised two sons while farming and ranching. Connie's desire is to write faith-based fiction hoping to draw her readers into the joys, heartaches, and life experiences of her characters.

Connie started writing six years ago with a four-book series titled "The Tales of Hackett County." With her latest book, "Gentle Courage", the trials of traveling the Oregon Trail, she found her love for historical fiction.

"Heartbeat of a Promise" is Connie's recently published faith-based historical novel depicted in 1890 in the Wyoming territory. If you like western backdrops and a touch of romance and mystery, you will like this book.
