I'm a scientist, turned stay-at-home-dad, turned writer - who also helps run a homeschool group.

Primarily I write. I write because stories link us together. It doesn't matter who you are, what culture or country you're from, your job, if you like drop-crotch pants or think they're hideous. Everyone has a story. Everyone has a story about a lover, about an uncle, or about a friend. Everyone has a story that makes them laugh or cry. And whether it's by the campfire, at a bar, or over a vigorous game of Chutes and Ladders, we all love telling each other those stories.

I write because I love it.
