Brandon Karl Hoffmann

Brandon Karl Hoffmann is an emerging poet and writer based in College Park, Maryland. With a previous distaste for words, he protested the thought of writing anything down and even became afraid of his own thoughts. Brandon came to find writing to be an outlet to a mind in constant motion - a place to let the word messes form into something deeper on the page.

With a varied career spanning from video editing to owning a dessert shop to business operations, Brandon enjoys building thought-provoking word messes into clean verse and attempting to put them into a variety of collections and projects you'll find published here. From chapbooks to collections, he hopes there is something each person can relate to on a human level.

Now seeing the mind in a refreshingly new light, he has embraced the “try everything while you can” mentality and is exploring the topics of daily life, mental health, and human connection.
