Regine M. Gilbert

Reginé Gilbert helps organizations across industries navigate complexity through inclusive design, systems thinking, and emerging technologies. With a background that spans tech, finance, retail, education, and government, she brings a cross-sector lens to building more equitable, adaptable systems.

Her work explores how inclusive design principles can guide the development of AI, immersive environments, and spatial technologies to better serve diverse communities.

She is the author of Inclusive Design for a Digital World (Apress, 2019; 2nd ed. 2025), co-author of Human Spatial Computing (Oxford University Press, 2026), and contributing editor of Digital Accessibility Ethics (Taylor & Francis, 2026). Her work is also featured in Developer Advocates by Geertjan Wielenga and Equal by Design by Aaron Mann.
