Parker Bauman

Parker Bauman loves to incorporate immigration themes into her writing. She is, in fact, an immigration attorney who passionately represents asylum-seekers before the U.S. government, with a niche for domestic violence immigrants. Also a poet, she is a former board member of the Connecticut Poetry Society, and has been published internationally and locally in several print and online journals and anthologies. Most recently, her poems have been featured in Connecticut River Review, Big Muddy, Earthen Lamp Journal and Poeming Pigeons. She is currently working on a sequel to Tiny Righteous Acts, as well as a memoir about faith, Sassy Little Jesus Girl: How a Southern Baptist Became a Progressive Table-Flipper.
