Ali ElKattan

My academic and professional background as a manager, academic, consultant, and teacher spans a period of over 30-years. Recently, I served as an Assistant Professor and the Director of Graduate Studies and Director of the MBA Program at Nile University in Cairo, Egypt, from which I obtained my MBA in coordination with IESE Business School, Barcelona, followed by a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from the Swiss Management Center University with a specialization in change management.

I teach at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and have taught the following courses: Change Management, Entrepreneurship, Culture Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Project Management, and Operations Management.

I am the founder and managing partner of ElKattan Consulting, which is a UK based company specialized in change management, culture management, and strategic management.

I have been a CEO and management consultant for a wide range of commercial enterprises. My industry exposure and expertise further expanded to include: telecommunications, manufacturing, IT services, software development, system integration, animation, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, healthcare, agriculture, translation and localization, real estate, government, and non-profits
