P.J. Rogers

I love art and writing. I especially enjoy creating children's books. I hope they promote a sense of fun and warm feelings about childhood and family.

I believe reading is one of the most important things a child can learn and it begins by someone reading to them.

I have several books in process right now. One is a bear book and the other is called My Cat Hat which is a funny rhyming book. I hope to finish illustrating them soon. I plan to illustrate Grandma's Magic Peaches as many people who love the story have requested pictures. Follow me to see the new releases as they are published.

I type away or draw and paint surrounded by forest and water on the beautiful Washington coast. Most of the time a little guy named Toby, (a Yorkie) is curled up on my lap. My life is serene and quiet. I am supported by some amazing friends who are happy to allow me to be as I am.

I thank God each day I am here enjoying so many riches.
