Marc Fagel

Marc Fagel lives outside San Francisco with his wife and his egregiously outsized music collection. After 28 years as a securities litigator working for the federal government and in private practice, and publishing numerous articles on securities law and SEC investigations, he was encouraged by friends to write a legal thriller, advice which he has thus far ignored.
