Brent Bailey

Dr. Brent Bailey, B.S., P.Th.D. is a pastor, author, television and podcast host, and conference speaker known for his bold personality and engaging, relatable communication style. With over 30 years in full-time ministry, Brent is passionate about helping people establish a real relationship with God—one that reaches beyond Sunday services and into everyday life.

Brent’s ministry journey has been dynamic and hands-on. He has produced and directed Christian television programming, led drama ministries, organized major outreach events, and served in numerous pastoral roles. From 2001 to 2012, he was part of the pastoral team at Kenneth Hagin Ministries/RHEMA Bible Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, serving as High School Youth Pastor, Singles and Young Adults Pastor, and Associate Pastor. He was also a longtime instructor at RHEMA Bible Training College, where he taught Youth Ministry, Biblical Studies, Pastoral Ministry, World Missions, and Video Editing.

Beyond the pulpit and classroom, Brent has a heart for mentorship and youth development through sports. He has coached both Pop Warner and Junior Football League (JFL) teams, instilling discipline, teamwork, and character in young athletes. He has also served as a High School Varsity archery coach, where his teams have gone on to compete at the state championship level—an experience that combines his love for precision sports with his gift for leadership.

Brent holds a Doctorate in Pastoral Leadership (P.Th.D.) from Faith Christian University in Orlando, Florida; a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, Oklahoma; and an Associate Degree in Theology from Faith Theological Seminary in Tampa, Florida. He is also a graduate of RHEMA Bible Training College with a concentration in Pastoral Ministry.

Since 1999, Brent has shared life and ministry with his wife, Jodi. Together, they’ve raised two incredible sons, Preston and Peyton, and continue to serve their community through faith, education, and outreach. Whether he’s ministering from a stage, mentoring young athletes, or connecting with someone over coffee, Brent brings energy, humor, and heart to everything he does. And yes—he’ll always make time for a Kentucky Wildcats game and a peanut butter milkshake.
