Robert (Bob) L. Berry III, P.E. owns and runs Main-Land Development Consultants, Inc., a land consulting firm of engineers, surveyors, and environmental scientists helping people build economies and support communities all over Maine and beyond.
Bob serves on the board of directors for the Greater Franklin Development Council and New England Bible College. Bob helps on the committees for the annual Apple Pumpkin Festival in Livermore Falls and the annual Spruce Mountain Sled-In Winter Festival in Jay, the latter of which he founded in a rash moment of overexuberance.
Bob also serves on the board of directors for Franklin Savings Bank, based in Farmington, Maine. Proud to be FSB!
Bob wrangles middle schoolers in the Fayette Baptist Church Sunday school. Matthew 5:16. Shine on, you amazing kids! Shine on!
Bob lives in Jay, Maine, with his wife Lisa, who is also an author, three sons: Benjamin, Nathaniel, and Jackson, all of whom he is extremely proud, and his wife’s rotund, nefarious cat named Maggie, but Bob calls MGW, because it generates its own Massive Gravity Well. Bob’s pretty sure it’s plotting to kill him.
