Ruby Williams Shivers

Ruby Williams Shivers, a resident of Plainfield, New Jersey, is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a BA degree in communications. She is the author of four other books. They are: Verbal Healing, Victim of Confusion, Emotion to Live With, and a novel titled The Quarters.
