Marlys Gallagher

Marlys is from California in the Sierra Nevada mountains. She grew up loving the rivers, mountains and wildlife. Having experienced many traumas in her life, it seemed natural, after much therapy, to become a counselor and help others.

She started drawing at 5 yrs. old and eventually found her art home in horses and fractals. (Horsescapes Studio)

She loved dogs, all dogs, the archetype of dog, and spent many years showing, breeding, training, and grooming.

Her love of foreign languages and foreign cultures landed her in a Palestinian family with trips to the West Bank, friends in Canada and Mexico, and a Persian family for awhile.

However, she loves being in the country at their log home with her dogs, horses, and husband.
