Born in Naples, in the heart of Italy. Since I was a child, I have always helped my grandmother in the kitchen. She was the one who gave me all the love and passion for creating new dishes. I started cooking alone at the age of 14! I’ve always liked to keep things varies, from vegetarian to Mediterranean dishes. At the age of 18, I started studying Sport & Nutrition at the University of Milan. I recommend reading "The Longevity Diet" written by Dr. Valter Longo, which impressed me very much. I am now a full-time wife and mom, and I have decided to write down all my knowledge and experience about kitchen, nutrition and physical activity.
