Ray Fernandez

Ray Fernandez has been a real estate investor, consultant, and instructor for over 20 years. He is a certified Property Manager and has managed hundreds of residential and commercial properties. He resides in Florida, and has contributed many articles, blog posts, and stories over the years. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and Community Association Manager (CAM), and is the author of several books on business consulting and real estate management.
