Although I am new to the book writing business, I am a seasoned veteran when it comes to playing slot machines. The first slot machine I played was in the 1980’s in a small local club. There were several machines, but still you had to stand in line and wait your turn to play them. After several months the club was raided and the machines were confiscated. That caused a road trip to Vegas for 8 of us. That was more fun that I can describe, and Vegas was something outside my ability to describe also. That was how my love affair started with slot playing, and it has lasted through the decades.

Early on I was married, raising children, and working. Although money was available, time did not allow visiting casinos as often as I would have liked. Moving forward, our children grew up, I retired from my job, and I had outlived my husband. That left me with an exorbitant amount of time, but not an exorbitant amount of money available for fun at the casino. The other treasure I had built was lots of friends and relatives who enjoyed visiting casinos also.

That was when I decided I needed to change my approach to slot playing. I began listening to friends and casino slot players sitting next to me. Don’t discount your casino neighbors, many of them visit that casino daily and have all the inside information on winning and losing slot machines for that casino. It became immediately obvious that I needed to stretch my money long enough to find a great paying slot machine. That led to determining winning and losing machines, determining the right amount to wager, and building discipline into my playing.

I’m not guaranteeing that my slot methods will cause you to hit jackpots, but if you feel like whatagever you’re doing isn’t working, give some of my strategies a try.
