I am Dima (Dietmar Stricker), 39 years old, married, and a father of two.

As a children's book author, creator of affirmation rhymes, and now widely known as the "Affirmations Dad" on social media, I have already helped over 10,000 parents and children to positively transform their lives.

But my journey was not always easy.

As a child, I emigrated from Kazakhstan to Germany and struggled with self-doubt, bullying, and negative beliefs.

For years, I searched for solutions—until I finally found the key that truly works.

Today, I share my knowledge with parents and children to help them build strong self-confidence and a positive mindset.
