John Lazarus

John Lazarus is the co-founder of D&E Publishing (formerly Dragon Eagle Publishing, also Harper-Collyns Publishing). He also runs Stories' Matter, a YouTube writing advice channel.

Prolific author of more than 428 novels, John has been a titan of the publishing world for 25 years, even though he's lost the rights to most of his early books. John has written titles in a wide-range of genres, including science fiction, crime, suspense, horror, fantasy, children's books, interracial hardcore, Victorian revenge novels, and tax advice tutorials.

As head of D&E Publishing, John has supported up-and-coming authors and has made it his goal to give a voice to those traditionally ignored by the industry. So it's a shame D&E Publishing offices burned down in 2021.
