With two decades of experience in traditional counseling, Kelley Oswin left a long-standing position in social services to pursue her coaching career full-time. As a result of merging her experiences in both the coaching industry and traditional therapy, she offers the highest-level guidance to coaches and therapists who wish to have greater insights, results, and success in their work.

Today she is Co-Founder of Avalon Empowerment along with her partners Ernie Pavan and Laura Slinn.
