Mary Parmer

Mary Foster Parmer is the creator and founder of Invite Welcome Connect, a transformational ministry of evangelism, hospitality, and belonging that equips and empowers individuals and congregations to share the Good News of the risen Christ. Mary is the past director of the Gathering of Leaders, a national leadership gathering of young Episcopal clergy.

Mary has served as lay deputy to four General Conventions of the Episcopal Church. She holds a degree in Religious Studies from St. Edward's University in Austin and formerly served as director of evangelism and adult ministry at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Beaumont, Texas.

Mary has two grown children and six young grandchildren, and she spends her time away from the office creating stone labyrinths, hiking, and reading mysteries & memoirs.
