Dr. Andrew William Harrell

Dr. Harrell is a retired Civilian U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Phd Mathematician. He also served 21 years as Reserve Officer Research and Development Coordinator and Combat Engineer in the Army Reserves attaining the rank of LTC. He did his Doctorate work at UC Berkeley 1970-1974 under Dr. Ichiro Satake then worked at the Naval Research Laboratories in Dahlgren, VA, Classified U.S. Army Engineer intelligence studies at Army Headquarters, Washington DC, 12 years and then the U.S. Army Engineer Research & Dev. Center Geotechnical Laboratories in Vicksburg, MS 25 years. He has published technical articles and papers and given many talks at Operations Research Conferences for the U.S. Army related to vehicle testing, network movement models in war-gaming, computer mathematics of Expert Systems, He is a past District Trustee of the LA, Miss West TN Kiwanis area for 8 years. And, he served several years as the head of MS Academy of Sciences Mathematics, Statistics, Division for the Annual Convention. In 2003 he started the YHWH School of Christianity prayer website to help Christians learn and practice Judaism and Jews learn more about Christianity.
