Niki Webster

Niki Webster is a seven-time cookbook author, recipe developer, food stylist, and consultant specialising in thoughtful, flavour-led cooking rooted in seasonality and vegetables.

Alongside writing cookbooks, Niki works with a range of leading food and lifestyle brands on recipe development, creative direction, food styling, photography, and content strategy.

Her clients have included Holland & Barrett, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Merchant Gourmet, and other well-known household brands. She has also developed recipes and menu concepts for restaurants, editorial publications, and commercial food projects.

Her work has been featured in The Independent, The Times, Waitrose Weekend, Grazia, Women’s Health, Vegan Life, and Vegan Food & Living.

Based in Shrewsbury, Niki draws inspiration from seasonal produce, global cuisines, travel, and the belief that vegetable-led cooking should feel comforting, creative, and full of flavour.
