Hartmann has written six books for the construction industry, publishes The Behind Your Back Newsletter and the Red Angle Revista, and teaches at the university level. His podcasts, The Behind Your Back Podcast and The Construction Leadership Podcast, are listened to by thousands of business leaders each month. Hartmann lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and two sons.
