Over the years I have been passionate about preparing whole foods that come from the earth and teaches others that what we eat, think and feel affects our health, not only on a physical level, but also on an emotional and spiritual level. He believes that a healthy relationship with food should include flexibility and that we should all make room to love and enjoy the things we really love.
