John Abbott

John Abbott is a fun loving Entertainer/Magician known professionally as "Johnny Magik." John performs FUN and Family Friendly shows, as well as entertaining Gospel Magic.

John began his career in entertainment as a radio personality over 40 years ago. Not finding personal or financial fulfillment in radio, he earned a degree in Physical Therapy and for over 20 years was an "Entertaining Therapist”.

As the demands for his time grew, John quit Physical Therapy to devote his full time to become an Entertainer/Magician! He has done shows in India as well as many parts of the United States with audiences as large as 3000 people.

Always eager to learn, John has been privileged to have mentors like John Jefferson and Duane Laflin to help him improve as a Magician and Entertainer. Originally from the Chicago area, John now makes his home in Northwest Georgia with his lovely wife Bonnie who also works as his assistant “The Amazing Bonnie”.
