Frank is a proven intrapreneur and entrepreneur executive with over 35 years of experience. From his humble beginnings with Xerox and where he progressed through the ranks to lead organizations at Savin Canada, Computerland Canada, and Toshiba. At each stage in his career he was hunted and hired as a revenue turnaround specialist. When sales were down and revenue was struggling, you hire Frank. He has received many awards for growing businesses. His strategic methodology that “SALES is a PROCESS not a PRODUCT nor a PERSON.” Made his teams number one every time.
Tired of the corporate life and travel Frank decided to venture out on his own and started Acenetx Ltd an internet outsourcing company of many firsts. The first to bring TV to the internet, iCraveTV. The first company to broadcast a live rock concert on the internet. His partners were very intelligent engineers who pushed product and sales were slow. Then changing our process to value-based selling we rapidly grew our sales. The tested & true strategy of “Pitch Product and Survive or Sell Value and Thrive” worked again. After taking this company public Frank sold the company decided to change his focus and help entrepreneurs grow their business.
As he quickly realized with his own company, Frank knew that without revenue, any venture would fail. He packaged his approach to turning around companies and began consulting to the industry. Frank met Rob and the two combined their efforts under a new banner, Get More Sales Corporation, helping entrepreneurs pivot from pitching product to selling value. This led to the Sales Made Easy approach and the rest is history.
Frank lives in the Toronto, Canada area with his wife Barb. He has two grown children and 5 grandchildren. He is very much a family man and you can find him doting over the grandkids on weekends. During the week you may find him watching Netflix, but during the day, you will definitely find him focused helping entrepreneurs grow their revenue & margin.
