MAY 2024 UPDATE

Our house in Pano Elounda, Crete is now for sale. Listed with agents Crete-homes in Aghios Nicholaos

A retired economist originally born in the Gower, now living back in Wales after a career in the power industry in SE England. Interested in architecture, travel and print making. Involved in the renovation and promotion of the remains of the important copper industry in the lower Swansea valley.

I have used the sad time of the covid pandemic to write my second book about life in Crete. I am currently working on a couple of new projects.

This year, the second of the pandemic, I have writtten and published two more books. The first is my humorous memories of 50 years of car ownership: The Tracks of my Tyres. I have owned a series of eccentric cars as well as the more mundane.

The latest book published in October 2021 is ‘A 1950’s Boy.’ My stories of growing up in Wales in Swansea during the 1950’s. I hope the recollections of those different times will echo with many readers.

The latest memoir book is ‘The World of Work and How to Live in It.’ A humorous take on my working career with some lessons for life.

I have also published on Amazon a series of photo books.
