J. L. Ashburn

Jason Little has been a teacher for more than a quarter century. He has a BS in Mathematics Education for Morehead State University and Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. He has taught mathematics at Clermont Northeastern High School and West Union High School. Jason served as Athletic Director at West Union High School for fourteen years and during that time and taught at least half a day. He has been the head coach of the academic, cross county, and track teams. He has served on building and district leadership teams and has advised the National Honor Society, student government, and started an after-school model car club. Over the years he has seen many teachers struggle and many leave the profession for various reasons. He hopes that some of the techniques and methods that he shares in this book will help teachers to lead their students and allow them to become the best teacher, that they can be.
