Jack Warwick

After stepping down from high-pressure, high-tech jobs in 2003, I began working on my literary short fiction into the early hours, gaining some small successes along the way.

But then, wanting to make some impact with a wider audience, I turned to novels and long-form fiction. After years of creating first drafts and part-drafts, I listened to Michael Crichton: “Books aren't written - they're rewritten. Including your own. It is one of the hardest things to accept, especially after the seventh rewrite hasn't quite done it.”

So I began to rewrite. And polish. And rewrite again. And proofread. Currently (August 2024) I have published eight novels (four under my pen name Jack Warwick) and two multi-novel box sets. I have also published three volumes of my short and very short fiction.
