Charlie Lima Kilo

Candice aka "Charlie" was born in 1980 in Rochester, NY. A skilled professional who thrives off of chaos and multi-tasks to a fault. She loves to create, write, develop and help those in need. Her passions lie in history, mental health awareness, suicide prevention and consistently bettering herself so that she can be the best version of herself that others need. She does not believe anyone can ever know too much or will ever know enough. There is always room to improve!

Candice has written and published many articles and is the co-founder of YourSixRoc, a Division of HeroPeers, Inc. A non-profit whose mission is to help those serving our communities that seek assistance with PTSD, depression, anxiety and other ailments associated with on the job trauma at low to no-cost through workshops, get-togethers and peer to peer assistance. She has certifications in both Pediatric and Adult Mental Health First Aid and was a firefighter and EMT-B for many years, serving as a BLS Instructor as well as a Union Representative.

In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and watching her three boys grow into young men.
