Carol Randall

A victim of Paralytic Polio at the age of 8 years (1952), Carol Randall considers herself ‘self-taught.’ After High School in Harvey Station, New Brunswick, Canada, Carol spent 8 years working at her dream job with the National Hockey League as their first Statistical Researcher in Montreal, Quebec (1972-1980). Her administration skills combined with a love of sports, animals (especially horses and rottweilers), photography, tourism and the City of Fredericton (Capital of New Brunswick), has led to a variety of projects over the past 40 years. In 1996 Carol wrote the "History of Candlepin Bowling in New Brunswick," as well as her own family history. A member of the Fredericton North Heritage Association and the Fredericton Trails Coalition, Carol and her husband Eldon McGarrigle, have been residents of South Devon (Fredericton North) for over thirty years.
