A J McMahon

A. J. McMahon is an Australian citizen living in Melbourne. He has travelled widely and lived in Europe, the Middle East and Australia, where he has been involved in a variety of employments over the years. His major interests have always been novels, history and philosophy, but he has lately acquired an interest in graphic novels. His religion/philosophy is Neoplatonism of the school of Proclus. He has embarked on the writing of a Fantasy septology entitled The Raspero Chronicles, which are all set in an imaginary future after the collapse of our own civilisation. The debut novel of this series, The Last Suitor, was published in 2015. The second novel of the series, The Unexpected King, was published in 2020. His approach to writing is that of literary fiction in the fantasy genre.
