Serena Light

Who am I?

I was born in 1989, my mother a teacher, my father a bank employee.

It is from him that my love for cooking was born.

Every Sunday, he dabbled in preparing delicious dishes for us, trying and experimenting with new things.

I was 7 years old when, for the first time, I started kneading the first loaf of bread.

From there, my love for cooking grew more and more.

I was also involved in a number of sports that I practiced, including artistic gymnastics, swimming and baseball, I always tried to stay in shape, without necessarily having to prepare dishes without taste.

I then began to deepen my passion for the biological sciences, so I always tried to get to the bottom of things.

This, combined with my passion for books, led me, at first as a simple pastime, now as a respectable hobby, to write diet books and cookbooks that could be simple for anyone, without having to be necessarily phenomena in the kitchen.

I invite you to read and experience what you will find inside my little works, hoping that the love for cooking can be born in you too, as it was born in me when I was a child!
