Dolapo Sanusi-Ola is a business strategist, speaker, writer, coach and mentor who has spent the last 11 years mentoring and working with youths, women and businesses in order to help them design and implement strategies that give them a greater chance at succeeding. Dolapo’s passion in life is to see businesses, dreams and projects not only come to life but have the necessary momentum and foundation to attain sustainable growth.

Dolapo’s professional experience spans over 15 years up to strategic level within the financial sector across different industries including banking, insurance, technology, management consulting, hospitality, construction, business process outsourcing and fintech. Dolapo holds an MBA from Imperial College, London and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (“CIMA”).

Dolapo loves to read both for pleasure and academia. Dolapo is married with three children – a daughter and twin boys.
