"Cooking is an important life skill taught by my mom when i was a kid and encouraging our kids to help in the kitchen, with simple easy recipies you'll see them blossom into confident home cooks that help contribute to the family's needs. Cooking gives kids confidence, promotes healthier eating, teaches planning, organization, follow through, math, science and so much more! Plus...bonus...when kids help in the kitchen to make a dish or make it on their own...they know whats in it and will try it ! Food brings people together and we all have to eat...So why not make it memorable!" She therefore decided to pen this amazing vegetarian cook books where the whole family can participate in making and eating healthy. Suvarna lives in California with her husband and two kids, Besides cooking, she enjoys music, artwork and spending a lot of time teaching and learning with children. She loves to cook for her family and friends.
