Robert Vann

Robert is a natural leader who loves to help people but has battled with his identity and confidence in his leadership voice. He lived in a single parented home, struggled with reading, was diagnosed with ADHD, and his parents divorced during his 9th grade school year. During his senior year, he failed his science end-of-course exam twice and was almost unable to graduate high school yet earned an academic and band scholarship and went to college. After going to college, Robert changed his major 5 times and ended up on academic probation for having a 1.9 GPA. However, now, as a Pastor, mentor, Navy Veteran, non-profit executive, established author, and speaker, Robert combines his educational and personal experiences with his life lessons to teach readers practical steps to overcome common personal and educational challenges and how to enrich their lives through the implementation of transformational leadership. Robert learned that though he had some personal and educational challenges, they did not determine his value, level of ability, leadership potential, or the possibility of a prosperous future, and hopes that all students and young adults will feel the same.
