Vladimir Torchigin

Prof. Vladimir Torchigin is a Russian scientist who has disclosed a nature of ball lightning in 2003. Based on three tens articles in leading international journals on physics and optics he has shown that ball lightning is a simple bubble of light.

Unlike a soap bubble, a shell of the bubble of light consists of thin layer of strongly compressed air where conventional white light is rotating in all possible directions.

The correctness of this explanation is based on the fact that the abnormal and intriguing behavior of ball lightning, based on eyewitness accounts, completely coincides with the behavior of the bubble of light, which obeys the well-known laws of optics and physics.

It is this fact that distinguishes this theory from other more than 500 theories of ball lightning and testifies to the correctness of this theory. Doubters may find many other arguments in published books.

Thus, readers are the first to know that there are completely new objects in the form of bubbles of light in nature and ball lightning is an experimental confirmation of the existence of bubbles of light
