Manh Dang

Manh C. Dang, MD, author of the books The Mountain Beyond, the Well and the Living Water, published in 2026, and The Fields, Our Journey through Medicine, Mission, Life, and Faith, published in 2020, is a medical oncologist in Huntsville, Alabama. Manh is married to Karen, and they have a daughter named Emily, triplet sons named Mark, Blake, and Tray, and two grandchildren, Kai and Theo. Aside from practicing medicine, Manh’s passions include working in mission fields, traveling with his wife, dabbling in poetry, photography, painting, writing inspirational posts, and driving through the countryside at dawn.

Manh's first book, The Fields, is a Christian inspirational book that covers the challenges of life, especially from a medical perspective; the beauty of God's creation and human relationships; the need to care for the least among us through mission work; and appreciation for the simple gifts of life. His second book is a memoir retelling the stories of his friends, a missionary in Kenya, a retired engineer, and his church's amazing work in reaching an unreached people in a remote mountain in Kenya.
