Jason Wrubel

Jason Wrubel drives large-scale agile transformations for public and private companies across industries. Jason combines the foundational skills he has developed over the last twenty years working at traditional consulting firms balanced with the operational and technology experience he gained from start-up roles at fast-growing organizations. His start-up exposure cultivated a deep interest in organizational effectiveness and the process behind building and scaling high- performance organizations. He enjoys working with a range of large and small companies to drive the delivery of value to their customers with greater speed, efficiency, and predictability.

Jason is the founder of Virsent. He grew up in New York in a family of entrepreneurs and with a learner’s mindset which led him to study economics, history, and business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
