Eva O'Nay

She was born and raised in the South during her elementary and secondary schools. She then moved to the North of the Mason Dixie Line to start high school. After a short time, her parents moved to Eastern Midwestern State where she now resides for her to finish high school. She eventually went university weekend classes of Life Long Learning. After a year of weekend classes, she was one of the first students who enrolled to Washtenaw Community College prefab model classroom in Willow Run then to Ann Arbor for three years where she earned her Associates degree in General Studies. During her school term about three days a week, she worked full time and overtime. Being divorced and a single parent with five children didn’t stop her because she was determined to work and get her degree. She also earned a twoyear certification equivalency as a Surgical Technologist, also earned National Certification of Meritorious Achievement Award as a Surgical Technologist. She earned ten years of Appreciation Award from the University of Michigan. She earned certificates from Elementary School from helping children to read and write. She earned a certificate from Writer’s Digest School in Advanced Novel Writing workshop.
