Vibha Kagzi

Vibha Kagzi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University. She has also pursued courses at the University of California (Berkeley), London School of Economics, Indian School of Business and Xavier’s Institute of Communications. She is also a certified Leadership coach from Coach for Life, USA. At Harvard, she co-wrote a case for the Negotiations Department, which has been incorporated in the teaching curriculum at the school.

Her professional experience spans finance, fashion, media, and public relations. She has worked in New York for BlackRock Securities, an asset management firm, spent time with her family business in the fashion accessories industry and helped establish a California-based hedge fund in India.

Vibha has been featured extensively across different forms of media, with articles and quotes in the Economic Times, Indian Express, DNA, Your Story, Business Standard, She the People, and many more publications. Vibha’s insights on career guidance, study abroad and education have also been aired on popular radio channels such as Radio One and Radio City. She has created a niche on Quora as well, where she is recognized as an expert in the study abroad space with over 2 million views (and counting!) to her answers.

Vibha has completed a yoga teacher’s training course, is a certified open water diver, is proficient in French and has traveled extensively, visiting over 60 countries across six continents. Vibha is on the Executive Board of the Harvard Club of Mumbai and is on the Carnegie Mellon Admissions Council.

Vibha has been invited to speak at and been felicitated at several prestigious forums in the past, including IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, Teach for India, Citibank, YPO, NHRD, Indian Merchant Chambers, IEEE WIE Leadership Summit, top colleges, schools and corporates across India and globally.

Vibha is on a mission to provide holistic guidance to young individuals who aspire to reach leading universities and determine their career paths. Given her dedication and perseverance, she was awarded the ‘Woman of Excellence’ plaque at the 2018 Women Economic Forum and the ‘DivHERsity Champion’ title from Jobsforher.com in 2019.
