Arlene S Mighton

I am Arlene Mighton, a new author as of September, 2019. My book that I have published is Ben Of Nigglewood. My literary career started in 1986 when I joined a writer's group called Canadian

Culturama Programs. Authors of international acclaim-Margaret Atwood, Robertson Davies, Mary Claire Blais, Yves Beauchmin to name a few- came to speak on her program. I was working on a book with the editor at that time. In 1990, I moved to California to nurse. During that time, I continued to write and read. In 2001, I started my book Ben Of Nigglewood and completed it 10 years later. When I retired, I returned to Canada, and decided to edit the book. I joined a book group called Writer's Ink and those writers helped me to get ready for publication. I will be reading on Jan. 11 at a bookstore-this is exciting.
