Dhruva Trivedy

Dhruva Trivedy is a post graduate from the Tata Institute Social Sciences, Mumbai, specialising in HRM. He has been a management consultant addressing issues in change management for the last 20 years, prior to which he has been in the corporate for another couple of decades, commencing his career in HR and assuming general management responsibilities with the years. He has been a visiting professor to many management schools of repute and also a trainer for behavioural change. He was awarded the title of 'Thought Leader' by CIPD, London during its centenary celebrations.
