Don Macdonald

I have fifty years' experience in social enterprise, non-profit project management, including strategic & business planning, team leadership & staff development and youth work (when I was young enough to play footie). I have worked at all levels, including youthful volunteer, nonprofit CEO, trustee & trainer. I have mainly worked in the UK & Europe, with an inspiring 3 months working in Myanmar. I have now written three books about the sector, two of them with substantial contributions from other experts & activists, which has been very rewarding as they have written very interesting and inspiring pieces.

I also paint landscapes and have written two books for my eldest grandchildren.
